Good eating:
Group one wonderfully explained good eating they had amazing points and facts about how beneficial good eating is for your mind and body. They talked about the connection between the mind, heart, and body having a huge effect on listening skills, apprehension, and personal style. I also learned that good eating promotes public health and cultural heritage simply because food brings everyone from all cultures together while also supporting sustainable living with better and healthier humans. In the long run, it is most beneficial to treat your heart, mind, and body with respect by feeding it nutritious foods that help its growth and development to the fullest potential. Group one did a great job showing the appropriate ratio of protein, fruits, veggies, and whole grain that is meant to be on your plate in order to complete your nutritional intake.
Paying forward:
Group three did an amazing job describing and explaining the concept of paying it forward and how to pay it forward. The chain reaction of pain forward is definitely a good way to shed a positive light on the world and the people in it by spreading kindness all around and encouraging others to pay it forward as well. They did an amazing job describing how you can pay it forward and sharing the idea of paying it forward with someone else, the impact of paying forward, and everything else that has to do with each form of communication between two people. I learned that every interaction doesn’t have to be an open and verbal interaction and that it sometimes can mean more when it is non-verbal.
Self Care:
Self-care is an essential practice that involves taking care of your physical mental emotional well-being, which is why I felt like it was a very important subject to touch and group— did an amazing job presenting all the facts about self-care. It really is an important concept to be educated on because a healthy body sets the stage for a healthy mind. They emphasize the fact that exercising, sleeping, and good eating are all important forms of self-care. We understand that listening to your body and mind is very essential in all three scenarios, including paying it forward, good eating, and self-care itself. They all connect, bringing you back to the fact that you must take care of yourself properly first in order to be able to pass on positivity, kindness, and or mindfulness to those around you.
Overall each group did an amazing job presenting each and every one of their topics and giving us a great in-depth explanation of what the subject entailed followed by amazing examples and interviews. I think they’ve all grown since their previous presentations, and have since learned how to relate topics to one another and combine each subject with communication, making the quality of their presentations grow and their teamwork has been developing as well. Overall these activities are really bringing home the point of working in groups, delegating tasks to other group members, and solving conflict within each group to the best of their ability and to the advantage of the project.

Nice writing but a little short. This was 1000 words.
